ZCard Express Delivery Requirements

In order to meet the quick turnaround time, we can only offer this service on certain Z fold card orders. To ensure your Zcards order meets our requirements – please make sure of the following:

• Quantity: 1000 Z folds or less
• Artwork: one version 
• Shape: standard shape only (no die cut Z fold cards)
• Extras: No optional extras (like foiling or Spot UV) 
• Timing: you must submit your artwork by 10am on the day of ordering to ensure the 5 working day turnaround. 

When you create your custom Z fold designs, there’s a few things you’ll need to remember:

• Include a bleed area on your design – use our handy templates for guidance
• Consider where the folds of your Zfold will lie. We’d recommend not putting any important design elements where the folds lie as this may become harder to read over time. 

Place your bespoke Z fold order before 10am and receive it within 5 working days!
