Simply opt for variable data printing and we can print your customer database (all the individual addresses) onto your Z fold mailers!

A7 size Z fold printing options

A7 postal Zcards measure 74mm x 105mm – but open to reveal multiple folded pages, giving you a conveniently sized mailer, that pulls out to a full sized leaflet, map or brochure.

Post pocketfold card printing is done in black and white or full colour, on uncoated paper as standard. However, we can also create Silk Zcards (the same finish as business cards) and recycled Z fold cards (using recycled paper); just pick your preferred material opposite.

On top of your material, you can also choose to add finishing touches to make your a7 folded mailer stand out more! Add foiling, embossing or Spot UV to highlight your logo or business name and opt for lamination to add durability and finish to your completed Z fold design.
