Two row folded leaflets
Two row Z fold cards, sometimes referred to as ‘K fold’ cards, or ‘Z fold leaflets’ consist of 2 rows of folded pages, secured between two cover pages as standard, or one wrap-around cover with a spine – like a booklet.
Unlike the single fold, which opens up in one movement to reveal one row of pages, our custom Z fold with 2 rows – opens in both directions.
The two rows are creased on top of each other, which are then folded by individual page lines, to secure between two single cover pages, or between two ‘bookend’ cover pages.
Z fold cards with 2 rows are often used for portable information booklets that require a bit more detail – like handbooks, small guidebooks and promotional literature.

- Double-sided printing
- Printed in full colour or black and white
- Available with two single covers (front and back), or one ‘wrap around’ cover, providing a small spine (like a book).
- Choice of cover finishing options including gloss, matt or soft touch lamination, foiling and Spot UV.
- Available in 3 sizes: Credit Card (55mm x 85mm), Pocket (74mm x 105mm) and Postal (105mm x 148mm)
- Choice of material for the inner pages: 80gsm Uncoated or 100gsm Silk.
- Choice of material for the covers: Recycled, Gloss, Silk or Uncoated stock, ranging from 250gsm to 400gsm.
